Hey wake up. Please, update the color swatches ASAP. I need to know the color bases of the new shades. Also, on the color formulation feature you ask what the starting level and desired level and desired tone is, but you don’t consider starting TONE. I need a more nuanced formulation processor.

Where are the new NCh and the warmer level 010’s? The 010NW, 010WG, 010G. These should be available to us through this app since it’s not possible to get swatches. Even with the recent update, your app is still outdated.
I just updated the app to the latest version and it opens but the page is all white. Please fix your app.

I’m not sure what’s going on but I can’t seem to get any of the shades to load. It’s been weeks. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing.
Usually a great app but now it won’t load any of the shades they’re all just black!
I used the app to experiment with different hair colors.... it was very nice to see this BEFORE I made any coloring mistakes!
