咁多年來一點進步都沒有⋯Bug多到爆炸。 K房收費貴到爆，快倒閉吧

建議可以瀏覽歌庫
而家呢個app比以往進步，但歌庫一定要入左k房先睇到，咁樣未入過red mr 既人點知有咩歌唱？隔離 Neway 都有開放個歌庫比人睇，建議可以仿效下，同埋你地個mobile remote system又要配合個WiFi 用應該要改善下場內個WiFi 系統，好唔穩定，又收得差，又易斷線，希望下次去會有改善左既服務

Unresponsive, a bit messy categorization, and no movie or concert to redeem

Poor designed logic, redirected to homepage after inputting room password
after update, auto log out and said i’m not a member
yet I have just redeemed 100 points for two movie tickets last week. Last time I checked there were 108 marks left until April. Emailed CS but they said my membership has ended two years ago???????????
