Only 4G for most plans!!! No 5G!
WHY ONLY 4G? At least for the US and Europe all the plans I see are only 4G, not 5G. No wonder they’re cheaper. The competition offers 5G.

App works great but the live chat option works then crashes making chatting with tech support irritating

I've been using Redteago eSIMs, and I couldn't be happier! They offer amazing plans that save you money while providing better coverage than Airalo (in my opinion). The setup process is incredibly easy, the internet is lightning-fast, and their customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a reliable, hassle-free eSIM option, Redteago is the way to go!
Doesn’t work
Can’t event activate the eSIM after purchase, and 24/7 support not available
Did NOT work. Won’t Refund.
Honest evaluation: The product did not work. Extremely unclear directions in my opinion. I purchased and I downloaded it while I had Internet connectivity before I arrived at the location, but when I got there it did not work. I tried to follow the poorly written instructions, but nothing connected. When I returned to the states, I asked if they could make this right and give a refund, but they said no. (!)

I purchased global plan. Tajikisthan network not connecting. I talked with their support. They not solved my problem. Even not refund provided. Ignored all my email. Never recommend this.

app购买的esim不提供任何手动安装方案，包括二维码什么的统统不提供，在网站上也看不到。客服回复要手动安装就必须通过网站购买，这是“特性”不是“bug”。
