ReeHeld Reviews

Frustrating to use

NiftyFifty78 on

Canada

While the idea is nice, you just can't copy the smoothness and silky motion trails that come off a real camera. Quick moving objects like vehicles, or even pedestrians have an unnatural stuttering appearance to them. Would be nice if it was a free app, but it's not. Paid to try it, and haven't been thrilled with the results.

Fun app with some clear “next steps”

MKMMMKMMMMKMMMK on

Canada

I've had a bit of fun with the app, producing images I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. Slightly frustrated with it not allowing intermediate zoom levels, and especially with it seemingly not storing proper orientation info in its output.

Worse than the official camera appfor stability

IPhone 11. This app does zero to stabilize hand held shots that were held as still as possible. Every shot is still blurry. Seems as if no correction is being applied. Developer never tested on older phones.

Excellent new app

nbrunner on

This is a fun app that actually does what it says. Up to 30 seconds handheld as difficult as that may be to believe. It is well worth the price.

Handheld Long Exposures Made Easy

mcmillan27 on

The makers of Reeflex and ReeXpose have just popped out another great little app for my mobile photography arsenal. With ReeHeld you can do a handheld long exposure on you iPhone for up to 30 seconds, without a tripod! But don’t take my word for it, try it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

Two stars off for bugging me to review!

I don’t want a nickname ever on

I just bought the app and I’m trying to learn to use it. Everything I start it I’m prompted to review before I can use it. To hopefully get rid of the nagging so I can actually learn it here is my initial feedback: Stop making it nagware, especially with someone who just paid you for it. Not a good first impression

Kind of pricey

adamOpal on

The apps kind of pricey. You are limited to 10 free uses before they ask you to purchase. I didn’t get to really use it.

The app always crashes when I take a picture and try to use my own picture I hope you can fix it soon.
