not let me use it nor will it let me watch any episodes l spend a lot of money on these sites as l have just gotten out of hospital and enjoy watching these shows but when l pay over a 100 a month and get no satisfaction from apple or anyone lm not happy about it lve bought packages before and havent had a problem as bad as this before l am apensioner and can no longer afford this please return 150 and l will leave this account

Too expensive

Story telling is addictive and quality is great. It is expensive compared to going to your local movie theatre. But beware of when you select the Reel.AI update option as the Updating process loses your Coin Purchases history and makes you start again - a painful frustrating expensive experience when you are viewing “Mommy, don’t run away” episode 75 and have 76 to 80 left to view. As I found after updating the application, select the List menu item and find you are forced to start at episode 1 because all history of Coin purchases gone. Please fix the loss of Coin History problem so viewers can enjoy watching short dramas from REEL.AI ? Is this a problem with other short dramas applications?

Great story

I sent several messages to the support center and heard nothing. They have been charging me for $19.99 weekly subscription that I did not have and never avail. Very Poor customer service.

What a waste. I’m probably deleting this app as there is no way to earn rewards. The stories look good but I’m not paying for them.

I paid and did not get my week of anything I wanna watch. They only let me watch six episodes or nine episodes and then stop me. I paid the $19.99 weekly fee through Apple and they won’t let me charge it again because it’s already been paid but you not let me watch my shows not paid. I want to watch shows two days of shows that I never got it says that it was it’s good until the 15th, but I haven’t gotten any of them yet. I renewed my subscription.
