This app is unfortunately not ready to use. I was excited for a simpler way to create reels with my busy schedule and I’ve spent more time troubleshooting than making cool videos. It’s been 2 weeks and I have 1 video. I’ve emailed my concerns as the app cost $49 and have gotten no feedback or support. Do not download the app, it doesn’t work, it’s literally still loading from last night.

They offer a 3 day free trial if you sign up for their $50 a year plan. They do not offer a limited version of the app for free. Additionally, the app is extremely slow and buggy. It took the app 2 minutes to be able to load my selected videos into one of the templates. Once they’re loaded the music is gone and no effects are applied whatsoever. Absolutely useless app.
Couldn’t even make one reel without the app lagging and freezing. Want my money back. Literally suscribed for 10 minutes and came here to ask for a refund.
It has potential but it always freezes it needs some work
Downloaded the app to make reels easier but i haven’t been able to produce ine single reel. The app gets stuck processing media all the time and it freezes.
For the most part app is cool, but it does not give me access to all my albums and the music doesn’t really match the slides. Good potential but needs work

This app is not good . It always gets stuck and it doesn’t let me save anything because of “errors “.
I will keep using capcut because its free. Paid após isnt for me.
