Hello, my younger brother paid for the subscription version of your app and I had him cancel it immediately when he told me so I would like to ask if you could send me the 149 CZK because I don't use the app at all and I didn't want to pay for it and 149 CZK is a lot of money for something you don't use so I hope you understand and we can solve it thank you
Misleading App and Poor Refund Policy
I strongly advise against downloading Face Swap. The app does not work as advertised—it fails to modify photos as promised and asks for additional payments after subscribing to access AI features. This crucial information was not disclosed during the purchase process. I requested a refund from Apple, but they denied it despite the app being misleading. Apple’s unwillingness to address this issue reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control. As a loyal Apple user, I am disappointed that the company does not stand behind its refund policies when apps fail to deliver. Please be cautious before purchasing this app or any others with hidden fees.

The ad promotes cool AI pictures, which can help generating professional photos, i.e. for your profile picture etc. The reality is, the subscription only covers basic image retouching, which any free app can do. All ‘cool’ AI features have to be paid extra for each new set. Conclusion: wasted money on something that can be done for free. Use professional photographer for professional pictures. It would cost the same.

What kind of fraud is this?
Please refund my money. What you state in the advertisements is misleading to the consumer. The AI photo editing requires an additional fee, which is higher than the payment for the basic application. It's unbelievable that Apple allows this in the App Store.
