While I love everything Buffini ~ Referralmaker needs help. With the new update, i see first name only on the mobile app. That’s not helping at all. When I click on a name on my desktop, I don’t want the little blurb on the right. I want it to go to their contact info, not jump through hoops to get the phone number.
Big Improvement!
Referral Maker is much better than it used to be. Faster and more reliable. Real Estate agents need this. !
Can’t login
Every time I try signing in on my iPhone it won’t do anything. I’ll reset the phone, delete and redownload the app but it still won’t let me log in. I know it’s the right login because it works on my computer. It needs a help option on the login screen for this reason.
Ease of use
Very user friendly. Uploading contacts was a breeze.
Unstable, Glitchy, Time Consuming
Guys for one of the #1 crms as you claim, please fix this app. I can’t add transactions in as the popup menu’s don’t even pop up which means I cannot finish the transactions. I open and close the app. I delete it and re-download it. All this takes time. It’s very frustrating. This is true for my iPad which is fairly new and also my iPhone. This should not be a case where you say well what version of everything do I have. 99% of all my other apps work. I have the most updated software on my iphone and ipad. Other errors include adding contacts but with this if I open and close the app I can do it again but it’s not always consistent. Also, I’ll be making a phone call from a person on the priority action center for calls and when I go back to put in the notes while I am talking, the app will shut down and then I’ll have to look them up and do it by hand again. This happened to me over 10 times where I’ve been putting notes in and have typed out a lot and then it’ll just dissapear. Can you understand the frustration. Please fix and I’ll give this app a 5 star. I hope you read these reviews. Also, as a feature request, if you could let us know where you are in the development of certain features that are coming and which ones won’t come. I submit a ton of feature requests in hopes they will come but it feels like they fall on deaf ears because we have no idea if you are considering them or not. CRMs like Follow-Up Boss have them. They also have a texting feature that would be incredible and are able to directly connect to Facebook where leads come in that Referral Maker does not have. I hope you really consider integrating them as then Follow-Up Boss wouldn’t be a competitor really anymore. I do love Referral Maker. It needs some tweaking and a few more features and I think it would be superior to all. If you have questions or if there is a way to be able to talk with the developer team in integrating some of this I would be happy to talk.
This has been a persistent issue for 3 years now.
Me. Kelsey in client care was super rude. I had to asked her to record the meeting for her to stop being so rude. I have had persistent issues with this app, specifically with birthdays not showing up on to do’s among other things.Client care at Buffini has much to improve.
Needs to be updated
The pop by app keeps old addresses even when the address has been updated in the crm. This needs to be corrected. It’s very difficult to use this tool when the addresses are not accurate. Please fix this
Good tool
The app has worked very well for me. It’s a very handy way to make the calls, and look clients up went out in the field. The link to directions for each of the addresses is particularly helpful. If it had slightly more functionality compared to the desktop version, that would be better. Overall I’m very happy with it
JUNK. Buggy as all get out!
Mostly works but syncing is a BIG problem. Crashes too on some sessions.
I am paying for one to one coaching and we are encouraged to use the CRM to track our numbers. However, theReferral Maker is buggy. It does not integrate with O365 email accounts/calendars or ShowingTIme. So appointments have to be entered twice: once on ShowingTime & work calendar, then second on RM.
Contacts disappear or reappear between the iOS app and the desktop. When a sale closes and a client has moved/address has changed, I save the new address in RM. When it comes time to print my monthly mailers, the old address is back in there and I either catch it on time or find I have undeliverable mail a few weeks later. So I re-enter it again, sometimes over the course of several months.
Notes and transactions sync sometimes between sessions. So if not, it has to be deleted and/or re-entered. Saved transactions under the transaction tab will sometimes show as both buyer and seller instead of one or the other throwing off my GCI. Again, has to be deleted and re-entered a few times to show correctly.
I have opened a help desk ticket a few times but their response has been everything looks fine, we're not sure why you're having issues. 🤷♂️
It should also let you remove certain activities. As a guide the app tells you which customer to reach out to and how to do it. However, It will sometimes have me call, pop-by, and write a note to the same client on the same day and then re-populate that person with the same activities the very next week. How many times can I pop by and write a note to the same person in a week?
Syncing should be a given. If I was just paying for the monthly service and mailers not the coaching, syncing issues still need to be resolved.
Love the company, hate the app
So many glitches, bugs, missing info. Runs slowly.
