Too unreliable to be of any use. Sometimes pages don’t load sometimes buttons don’t work. This is why the industry prefers Bloomberg. For example transcript button does not work/works sporadically. Cannot rely on it.
App keeps crashing constantly. Reboot and app is gone. Reinstalled and problem fixed. What happened? Also I don't know that I like the new News. My Feed is too long and content is mixed. If you change its layout to display like Flipboard, you'll get my applause. Previous version is better for me.
Application is fast and reliable.
What is it with Reuters that they write such poor apps. Where does one start! I cannot modify my home page. The fonts can only be set at the iOS level to make it readable and then it affects my other settings. Just terrible!!
keep coming back every few months hoping its become better. Sadly not. Keeps crashing, minimal customisation, and clunky interface to manage lists. Superb desktop application just hasn’t made it to mobile.
I have tried a number of different apps and Eikon has got comprehensive news coverage, charts with analysis and real-time quotes all in one app. Also useful is the option to sync the quote list on the PC with the mobile app. Great app for traders and analysts.
Wish it has messenger.
You'd expect that after paying over 700 quid a month for this service, that the ipad app would work but it doesn't. Bit of a joke really... Always crashes when trying to sign in
It just keeps crashing, and this is on a brand new ipad. Not worth getting.
