Possibly the worst app I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Repeatedly crashes. Difficult to use. All around impossible to work properly.

The Regiojet app keeps logging me out.

So you have to download the app to order food. Downloaded it and paid to have money on my account, went to order food and it keeps timing out. So basically just lost the money I added. Just bring snacks and don’t loose money like I did.

Garbage app can get tossed

I purchased Regiojet train tickets through the website well before a trip to Czechia. Once on the train, I learned that food and drink can only be ordered through this app, no problem, downloaded and created an account. Problem- there is no way to add my existing ticket to my profile, so no food or drink for me! Just plain stupid design.

I have been trying to book ticket for last 5 days and every single time payment fails” unable to establish payment status” . Simple credit card payments cannot be processed. I checked with the payment partner and they informed its the merchant issue

The app works smoothly, ordering coffee was easy, and I like how I can see my ticket and arrival time. I wish it worked a little better offline (just the ticket would be most helpful)

Wasn’t given a choice to order food on regiojet train without app. It’s a multi step process and payment doesn’t integrate with Apple wallet. Moreover, the cappuccino comes with one sugar and you aren’t allowed any more. While I appreciate the digitization, this is not a convenient experience.

Works as usual.
