My name is Afroz Ansari i was booking one ticket from Rehlat app for my self on the date of 22/02/2023 My BID:1946149 my money was deducted and ticket was not booked they told me to refund my money but still i did not get my money and regarding this i have called so many times to Rehlat customer team but nothing happend you are cheater. I got the cheapest fares here for my trip.
Horrible company, no reply for email, not answer for telephone calls, waiting for more than 3 months to get refund, still no idea when will get, I never recommend, I don’t who to contact to get back my money
I booked hotel in feb 20 2023 when I went there for checkin to “ Oriental Corner Hotel Apartments” hotel staff said it’s not showing booking no booking available for today and from credit card amount as been deducted. No helpline number to Connect and it’s almost 8 pm in night I struggled lot to book on other hotel which costs me thrice money . I’m following up from 1.5 months still I not received money around 41000 INR. They telling again now stating I not went to hotel for checkin and therefore money got deducted. I planning to lodge cyber complaint because money not yet received

It’s a fraud company they cheated me I’ve booked the ticket it’s not yet confirmed till now what should i do i need to take off tomorrow itself I'm filing petition against them

Fraud guys. Beware of this they book the hotel take the money and when you reach the reception, they say there is no booking. it’s an absolute fraud, beware of this company and plus never ever book on this site.
They never return money even after airline refunds to them.
They give promotions and later on at the time of payment they change the price i really dont book tickets from this fraudsters. They are really cheat BC!!
