The Reisbalans app enables you to register and claim your commuting expenses and business journeys in an easy manner and gives you access to different modes of transport: from taxi to shared car and from OV-fiets to bus.
You can claim and confirm your journeys in the Reisbalans app at the click of a button. Using automated journey registration gives you the opportunity to automatically keep track of all journeys, even when you are not using the app. This GPS option gives immediate insight in your travel behaviour. Automated travel registration is also used to create new expense claims. They will be visible in 'Overview' after they have been processed.

Na laatste update loopt app steeds vast
Niet voor de werknemer
Afgrijselijke UX waardoor je als werknemer amper overzicht of controle hebt. Kost onnodig tijd om administratie bij te houden.

Omslachtig systeem, waarbij het nog wel eens mis gaat
Heel veel extra werk
Vroeger checkte ik in en uit met mijn NS ZAKELIJK OV kaart. Dat was alles. Nu moet ik elke rit gaan verantwoorden terwijl de rit altijd hetzelfde is. Heb het al druk genoeg op het werk. Komt dit er ook nog eens bij. Kan iemand mij uitleggen waarom? En wat doet reisbalans met al die data? Is dat goed beveiligd en door wie? En al die dreigende taal en al die mailtjes dat ik m’n ritten moet controleren.
Had een probleem met iOS 15, maar is supersopgelost. Daar
App ging kapot bij iOS 15, maar is binnen een dag gefixt. Daar kunnen andere appbouwers nog wat van leren. Verder werkt het prima.
Werkt niet meer op iPhone 15
App crasht direct bij opstarten op een iPhone 15 Pro. Lijkt me niet de bedoeling
App werkt niet meer naar update IOS 17
App niet aangepast / geüpdatet voor IOS17 dit is best vervelend als je de app dagelijks moet gebruiken..
App is niet iPhone 15 proof
Je zou denken dat ze als developer dit testen van te voren, maar sinds ik in het bezit ben van de iphone 15 werkt de app niet meer. Jammer
