Rekab Solutions Company

(No personal grudges, just a professional point of view) Rekab algorithm has absolutely no idea what is it doing. I have now frequently seen the behaviour where the 30 min waiting goes down to 5 minutes and vice versa. We live in KAUST campus which is not crowded, no traffic jams, nothing special. Yet the software will grossely under/over-estimate the time and it keeps on changing every minute. As a computer science PhD, I can tell you the obvious that you can learn from data over time (nothing fancy ML algorithms at all once you have this much of data). Please forward it to the team who is working on the ML module. This is the worst scheduling algorithm, I have ever seen.

I had a several rides with Rekab app. But from a while ago it won't open, just keep downloading, after a several tries it open but the whole map is gray and saying (your pickup location is out of service zone. But I think the app serves only King Abdullah of science and technology

حرام فيه النجمه سيء مرررره السائق تأخر بمقدار 30 ساعه والزبونه الي قبل كانت مستأئه بتوصيله واخر شي رجعنا لنفس المكان الي شالنا منه يقول زودي 5 ريال ع كل راكب 5 ريال سلامات اي توصيل ذا النجمه وربي كثير عليه

عرفت التطبيق من مهرجان البحر الاحمر (من سنة وشيء تقريبا) كان جيد ورائع، ايجابياته كانت مثلا كاميرا بالسيارة للأمان، مساحة مريحة، الدفع اول الركوب عن طريق الشبكة، والسلبيات شبه معدومة، مثل الوصول بمدة اكثر لان السيارة كأنها ترلة بطيئة، الى ان شاركت رحلة مع أحد رايح لنفسي وجهتي، دفعت نفس السعر الفرد بس قال الشخص الاضافي يزيد 5 ريال.. على اي اساس احد يدفع كامل والثاني زيادة عليه؟ فرضا ما نعرف بعض كيف الوضع؟ اعزم احد على المشوار لاني طلبته اول؟ المهم سلبيات نادرة لاحقاق الحق، لكن بعد كم شهر اصبح ما يعتمد عليه، مدة طويلة احاول اطلب ومافي سيارات، مافي قبول، حذفته ختامًا ورحت لتطبيقات التوصيل الاخرى والجديدة باسعار منطقية وما تاخذ اسبوعين لين يصير عندهم عدد كافي من السائقين
