As an internet industry worker, I stare at screens for over 10 hours every day. To find a better way to relieve eye fatigue, I learned about the 20-20-20 rule. To easily remind myself to rest my eyes, this app was born.

希望可以为没有灵动岛的机型提供是否开启实时活动的选项；小组件可以做成桌面可互动类型的 更新1：谢谢开发者的回复，我的建议可能写得不是很具体，目前有灵动岛的机型默认是开启实时活动的，而没有灵动岛的机型则需要手动开启，多了一个步骤不是很方便；小组件可以互动但是会进去app界面，希望可以设计为无需进去app界面即可互动的类型，谢谢！
