Love the app but tired of losing access to paid features
I have used Ipnos Soft apps since around 2014 or 2015. Before Meditation app existed, I had Asian/Eastern sounds for mediation. I had all sounds unlocked for “lifetime” until one day the app was updated and all of my paid features were gone. Restoring purchase did not help. I paid again to unlock the features. I also had Seasons app which was my favourite, and I had premium access on it. The app stopped being developed and supported further when this meditation app came along. As a result, with the new iOS the Seasons stopped working. Now, this Meditation Music app offered a lifetime premium as well, which I got back in 2019 or 2020. Around a year ago some of the sounds stopped loading, the message said those sounds were not on the device and there was an option to download them. Doing so crashed the app for me every time. Now the same sounds show up as “premium” to which I have no access. Why create a once-off “lifetime” premium payment if a couple of years later that subscription no longer works and apps become redundant?
