So many of us are so stressed with so much on our plates and not enough time for ourselves. Come relax, undwind, and feel better one deep slow breath at a time. Absolutely in love with this app! I have been using it once or twice a day and feel so much calmer and relaxed throughout my day! Ashley is lovely and has that perfect yogi voice that makes meditation so easy! Wish I had found this sooner
