Relaxing Healing

Very relaxing. Reduces my blood pressure.

It does not help with healing and it doesn’t calm me down or put me to sleep the music gives me a headache and I hate the music pls upgrade the app or change it 😡☹️😣😫😤

I love the songs.. they are very relaxing and also great for sleep... I like the fact the song could repeat so you can play a song on repeat while you sleep. The music works offline which I greatly appreciate since it saves more battery. Just wish there were more songs to pick from!

I really love this app because sometimes I have a hard time winding down at the end of the day and it helps when it is hard for me to fall asleep. The music helps me to relax, but the main thing that I do is listen to the music while I visualize my goals. I find that the music helps me to relax, concentrate and focus on them at a deeper level.

Good app....too bad the music selection doesn't have a timer available so that the music plays long enough for you to actually fall asleep, then automatically shut itself off at a chosen time. How could such an important detail have been over-looked?

I like how it gives you more than 1-3 options but it could give more in my opinion🙃

Love the sounds but I really wish I could play more than one at a time mixing sounds with music for a much deeper experience

The “healing” music in this app is very nice. However, it seems absurdly odd that there are only five alarm sounds available, and none of them are the pleasant-sounding songs that are available to play; they are five of the most obnoxious sounding wake-up sounds you’ll find. Please add the ability to set the “healing” sounds as your alarm sound.
