Scan the dishware handed out with your smartphone.
Show the scan confirmation to the restaurateur.

Here is how the return works:
Return the cleaned dishes within 14 days.
On site, scan the QR code of the return poster with your smartphone.
With the Relevo app you have many advantages:
* An interactive map shows you all participating restaurants/cafés.
* You always have an overview of your borrowed and already returned dishes.
* With the extension option you can extend the return period at any time (EUR 1,- per 7 days)
* A reminder function reminds you to return your dishes on time.
* In a separate overview, you can see how much disposable packaging you and the entire Relevo community have already saved.

Super Idee
Tolles Konzept. Für mich super, da ich nahe der Mensa wohne und die Portion für eine Mahlzeit zu groß finde. Mit dieser Methode kann ich es mir auf mittags und abends aufteilen und muss die Reste nicht jedesmal in der Mensa wegwerfen.

Ich habe diese Funktion bei uns in der Uni Mensa schon häufig ohne Probleme genutzt. In letzter Zeit werden Rückgaben allerdings zeitverzögert gebucht, was in der App nicht ersichtlich ist. Die Folge: 10€ Mahngebühren, obwohl man alles fristgerecht zurückgegeben hat. Der Support lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Bis der Fehler überprüft wird vergehen einige Tage und E-Mails. Ich hoffe inständig, dass sich das noch aufklärt. Nachtrag: Ja liebe Entwickler, das weiß ich. War allerdings nicht nötig, denn wenn ihr aufmerksam lesen würdet, wüsstet ihr, dass der Fehler bei EUREM System lag. Unglaublich!
Reinfall
Man kann die Box „kostenlos“ ausleihen, dann wohne ich etwas ländlich, der Bertrieb hat 2 Wochen geschlossen. Dann bekomme ich plötzlich eine Mail mit einer Danksagung, dass ich die Boxen jetzt käuflich für 20 € erworben hätte. Jetzt fahre ich seit 1 Stunde durch die Gegend und versuche die in anderen Restaurants abzugeben, entweder die haben zu oder nehmen nicht mehr teil. bei aller Liebe: dann lieber ein richtiges Pfand, System oder halt wieder Pappkartons.
