Reminder with Voice Reminders Reviews

Fantastic reminders app!

This app is a lifesaver! The only improvement would be the option to have more than 5 repeats for the auto-snooze function.

Hidden Gem

I can’t believe i only discovered this App a few months ago. It has been life changing for me, and is keeping those changes in place. I’ve always struggled to get up and out of bed. But being able to record a message “from future me” which tells me exactly why i need to arise at 4.30am, and how/the least i need to do - that’s amazing. Please keep up the great work maintaining this App. Incredible value.

Best app ever

The only reminder I use

Not reliable and cannot get dates correct

Don’t think I can trust this app anymore. I created a reminder for every 2nd Thursday for 6 weeks and the first reminder went off on Friday which is one day too late, then the next reminder went on Saturday which is 2 days too late. Time to get a new reminder app.

Happy with it.

Good app. Very helpful. Alarm doesn’t sound if your speaker is in silent mode which is annoying. Might be able to change that in settings or something but I haven’t seen it anywhere.

Needs more options, less bizarre quirks

Gamilaroi on

There are things to like, but I just keep bumping into the limits of this app. There are only 30 slots for voice recordings, and no text to speech options, the later I prefer so it doesn’t take several times recording my voice to good diction standard (for me it’s a time waster). I like to listen to a whole song (or playlist!) with my wake up alarm, so a choice of 30 seconds rather than ‘persist’ is … limited, and when it stops after just 6 secs, after you’ve chosen 30, because your notification banner settings are wrong… a bit bizarre. I wish this app had similar flexibility with sounds to the Seconds Pro app (exercise) then I could shape/motivate my own scheduling experience with either my voice, music, choice of alert sounds or text to speech. Hope you improve it, but I’m on the look out for another option…

Its only Ok

Biggest downside is that it doesn’t adjust the time for daylight savings. This is a huge oversight. What a pain it is to have to reset all the alarms 4 times a year.
