Nice little app but really needs support for newer screens
This is a nice little app that syncs well with the Mac version and is a good price for the features... Except that there is no search function on the IOS version which makes it a bit useless as a journal. You can see from the version history that it gets very little attention from the developer who also failed to respond to my support request on the Mac version. I assume he had abandoned the app. In this case perhaps it should be free...? Can't be recommended without support and updates.
It is a very basic app, cut right down on IOS to basics. That would be ok but its daynames are one day out, so monday 24th shows as Sunday 24th or monday 25th. pretty bad news for a diary/journal. everytime I make an entry I have to clear an alert asking for location access, why? also cannot get it to start with month view as default. glad i didnt part with money.
Excellent App For Keeping My Daily Journal With Photos. Easy To Use And As I Said ‘All I Need’
Enjoying this. The only flaw I have come across is if you want to enter something you have noted many months ago, you have to scroll back through the months to get to the specific date. Maybe there is a way round that?
So, downloaded the app on both Mac and iPhone and iPad. Note - with the free version you can only make 3 journal entries. Paid £5 for upgrade on Mac which removed limit on journal entries... But the upgrade doesn’t work on the iPhone app. So beware, you need to pay once over for one upgrade on one device, and then again on another device. Doesn’t seem right.
You will lose your work if you don’t press done. No warnings, I would avoid this app if I was you.
This app is not very good, 1st July is missing from the Calendar and all of 2018 is a day out. If the developers can’t get that right how can the program be trusted.
In the iOS version the calendar is one day out! July 13 2018 is a Friday but shows as a Thursday. Renders the app pretty near useless. The Mac version is correct.
