Why remote needs GPS position ?
Application reasoning needs for detailed GPS position to localise TV in network. This straight laying to user! App has access to the network of the TV is it is only to scan for connects devices ( ping them), check MAC for LG device and then using LG protocols establish kind of device. Detailed localisation is needed for commercials. App Store is telling that Developer is not gathering any data … sure, beside at least your position up to 2 meters

Stopped working
Was working fine, besides the ads that would pop up. But all of a sudden just stopped connecting to my TV. Even though I was connected to the same network
