Questions: 1. why need an “actions” power off button on the top right of the screen taking up space when there’s a power off button on the remote ? 2. Why have a “remote” and settings drop down thing at the top of the screen which doesn’t disappear and takes up unecessary space ? 3. Why have a remote symbol on the bottom left to change remotes taking up space? You could have all the above on one drop-down option in the top left that disappears when you don’t want to see it. Stop cluttering the screen with unnecessary things. No the app hasn’t properly been thought out it’s literally just been thrown together and it’s annoying. Keep it simple and clear the screen of all these options and just have the remote on there with one drop down option like I said that disappears.

i paid for this, when re downloaded now there’s hundreds of cookie consent requests, no easy way to opt out. can’t be trusted anymore.

I can’t believe this works and so simple !! My sky remote and tv remote broke and I thought I was in for a boring weekend . My friend suggested I download this .. being 52 I’m not good with even my phone let alone anything else . Downloaded and boom it worked straight away !! You’re genius thank you

Now will no longer connect to my sky q box - used to work fine - have tried all suggested fixes but nothing. Like someone else said - no point in having this anymore. Shame as it was a really useful thing to have!

This was a really good app, until now. Every time I have tried to use it, it says there is no response from my device - even though I have made sure my phone and Sky Q box are connected to the same network. As the app is now totally useless, I have deleted it.

Can’t be doing with all the adverts interrupting you when trying to use the remote

Can’t get to use the channels with this only can use the volume controls submitted this problem but no response
