I can’t fathom this. Horrible

Very deceptive!

I absolutely hate the way you set this app up to make users think they had already somehow signed up for a subscription. In big large letters, it says YOU’RE ALL SET With a weekly subscription and price that cannot be unchecked. Only when you look very closely, do you notice that you definitely do not want to click CONTINUE, unless you really want the subscription. Sneaky sneaky LG, and not appreciated.

Horrible

The worst app ever!.. I have to sign into lg just to add a app to my smart tv…it’s absolutely a huge inconvenience. I have other smart tv’s and they don’t ask me to log in or give a bunch of information to add a app.. I wouldn’t have bought the tv if I had of known 👎

Need to pay for remote?!?

Actually lets you use the most remote functions without paying. But you’ll be prompted to sign up for a paid subscription to unlock all the features for the app every time you use different features. Wanna change the volume, ad. Wanna change apps, ad. Annoying for an official app.

Not Official, Annoying Ads

Mistakenly thought this was an official LG app but the extremely intrusive ads for premium made me double check. It’s a pity as app seemed to work well other than ads popping up every few seconds.

This shouldn’t cost a cent.

We’ve already paid for the TV. Why should we pay a monthly fee for a glorified remote.

Yes I agree. Pay $900 for the unit then have to pay for an app. I keep the app money in my pocket

Sucks when a person pays $900 for the unit then you have to pay for the app also, shame on you!!!
