App offers remote control for Mac or PC, with a mouse, keyboard, and media controls. Great if you connect your computer to the TV or projector, to control from a sofa or bed.
In 2013, I created this app to control my Mac Mini connected to a big-screen TV in my living room. In 2016 I quit my job and became an indie developer, and now my sole focus is on building my apps. The app has been downloaded more than 2,000,000 times over the years and has favorable reviews.

SECURITY
The app uses standard security measures like HTTPS to communicate and only works on your local network. Whenever an unknown device tries to establish a connection with your computer, the app presents a dialog for you to choose to allow or deny it.

· Mac with macOS 10.10 or newer
· PC with Windows 7 SP1 or newer
· Latest helper app (available at https://cherpake.com/get)
· Shared network connection (WiFi or Personal Hotspot), see https://cherpake.com/connect
UNLOCK PREMIUM FEATURES
Remote offers two subscription options: yearly with a free trial and monthly, and a lifetime one-time payment option. Prices may vary by location.
If you upgrade to a Premium subscription, Apple will charge your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple will charge your account for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription, where applicable.

The app is amazing and it does what it says but..
Well i downloaded this app because my left arrow key is not working , i was hoping it help when am stuck in a game (gta v) but sadly the game didn’t respond to the app by any manners..i hope you can add that feature for free ofc 😅

Smooth Remote!
Connection and set-up is smooth and easy. Works great! One-time fee for lifetime service sure! I don’t mind supporting great apps from Indie Developers. All the best, Keep it up!
Pros and cons of my user experience:
Pros: Feature rich with some minor inconveniences that are easily fixed by the application of the correct phone settings. Cons: The touchscreens are difficult to use as a trackpads in which cursing a pointer in a window with stateless intent of cursor position and runtime lifecycles tend to be :( upon full of bugs and crashing might as well become a mode…. So turn the mode off for lifecycle events ;)

My Mac Air has yet to connect to the Apple TV
My wifi connection is strong, both devices connected, and I have yet to see anything but the "Searching..." screen for who knows how long, when trying to find the Apple TV. Complete waste of $10 and my time.
