The app is so deficient that you couldn’t even find the phone number to call customer service. I want to add a caregiver and called customer service, they told me to add it o. The app and still cannot find where to add it. The device works really good, it has saved my husband’s life.

Oftentimes it does not tell me when the senior has left the apartment. and I’ve also had instances where I try to “locate senior“ and that functionality does not work. So I don’t feel like I can count on the devices or the technology to be accurate or reliable. Disappointing and potentially dangerous.

Hard to use. Hard to navigate.

This app doesn’t send notifications when the senior leaves the apartment. It doesn’t track where she is or how many steps she has walked. It has serious problem because it assigns caregivers to random seniors. Absolutely useless

Not ready for use in any health application

Disappointed that it doesn’t track GPS with time stamp. The only time stamp it has is yours when you check it.

I am disappointed in the ability to find the pendant. Can’t find it 9 out of 10 tries. It shows the battery charge different in two places. If it can find the pendant to show the battery why can’t it find the pendant? If those items were resolved then I could rate it higher. Right now it is not reliable.
