RemoteLink 2 provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalise your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.

With RemoteLink 2, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the MyDailyHearing feature
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience.
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

Hopeless
Takes ages to connect. Now only connects to one hearing aid. The original was so much better. I have it still in an old iPhone and have to use that to connect and control the hearing aids. Please fix these bugs!

Seit letztem Update viel besser, schnellerer Verbindngssufbau auch nach kurzen Unterbrechungen, bin sehr zufrieden!

Ich muss leider den Vorrednern Recht geben: die Vorgängerversion war deutlich besser und zuverlässig. Aktuell ist es eher zufällig, dass eine Verbindung entsteht. Eigentlich eine Frechheit. Besser vom Markt nehmen und vernünftig entwickeln. Letztendlich sind die Hörgeräte ja teuer genug.
Geht gar nicht
Ich kann mich nur den meisten Rezensionen anschließen. Die alte Version war schon eher schlecht, die viel schlechter. Verbindungsaufbau dauert ewig, die App stürzt oft ab, dann ist ein Neustart fällig mit entsprechendem Zeitaufwand. Sollte die App nicht als Unterstützung der Tasten am Hörgerät dienen. Ist echt blöd wenn man während einer Unterhaltung schnell was anpassen möchte, es aber ewig dauert.
verschechtbesserte Version
Lange Verbindungsdauer, keine Sprachansagen mehr zu Batteriestand und Modi, ist oft getrennt, noch schlechter als die Vorversion.
Ganz schlecht
Zur Vorgänger Version hat sich diese App nur verschlechtert. Ewige Verbindungszeit. Wird immer wieder geschlossen. Setzt zwischenzeitlich aus. Bitte ganz schnell die alte App wieder zum Download anbieten. Geht überhaupt nicht.
Schrott!
Die alte App war schon suboptimal, die Neue ist noch schlechter. Warum schafft ihr es nicht einmal eingestellte Werte beizubehalten. Wenn ich aus der Reichweite des Senders komme und wieder zurück komme steht die Lautstärke auf volle Pulle, was soll das?
Unmöglich
Mit der alten Version war ich zufrieden aber die neue ist absolut unbrauchbar. Alwin das verbinden dauert mehrere Minuten. Warum??? Früher ging es doch schneller
