No longer connecting automatically
This app no longer auto connects when the TV is on. Have sent multiple emails to developer but of no use. Purchased the pro version which used to work fine, since the iOS update it stops connecting on it owns.

Text input limitations:
Text input is only available in the Smart Hub apps which support Samsung keyboard. The keyboard will appear on mobile device screen automatically after you activate the input field on your TV screen. Some services, like Netflix, YouTube and others, have their own keyboards and are not supported by Remotie.
Premium Subscription:
User can subscribe for unlimited access to Premium features. Subscribed users have unlimited use of the Touchpad, Keyboard, Colored buttons, Playback controls, TV Apps without ads.
1-year Subscription with a 7-days free trial period - $19.99.
Prices are equal to the value that "Apple's App Store Matrix" determines is the equivalent of the subscription price in USD. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. For details please visit the link https://support.apple.com/HT202039.
When current trial/subscription period expires, user will be unsubscribed. The current active subscription period can not be canceled. After subscription expires, user will no longer be able to use Interaction tab.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Always needs a pin
It always needs a pin number even though I’ve been logged in the previous 10 minutes. This is very annoying every time you go to use the remote. I love the keyboard function that’s fantastic. But the appQuick link to my phone has disappeared and won’t reload so I have to go into the App Store every time I want to open it at this particular moment I’m not loving it
Fault
There is a fault in the app when you click the other menu the free one stops working.
Good but...
Great function in all ways but it still needs permission from the original remote to access the tv. Defeats the purpose if you’ve lost the original. 😕

The app works perfectly with my tv, but the ads pop up so frequently, making the remote completely unusable until the ad is gone. Ads on only a portion of the screen would be better than taking up the entire app
Waste of money
Bought this and the features don't work. Tried to get a refund but I couldn't get one. Complete waste of money 😢
Samsung Remotie app
I purchased the full app for the keyboard & interactive pad but keyboard still doesn’t type in what I need when I need. Don’t understand what the use of the keyboard is for if it doesn’t work. I don’t regret purchasing tho cause the adds are really annoying. Still would love to use the keyboard tho.
