Richiedo il rimborso

La premessa era prima 3 giorni di prova e poi il pagamento, si sono presi 17,99 senza neanche sapere di cosa si trattasse, non si può parlare con un servizio clienti , di norma , se esiste un servizio clienti richiedo il rimborso immediato .

Appena apri l’applicazione si propone 3 giorni di prova gratuita e non appena accetti si scalano i soldi dell’abbonamento settimanale 8,99€. Attendo risposta per un rimborso Grazie

A parte il fatto che scontorna malissimo, dovevano esserci 3 giorni di prova e furbamente all’attivazione mi hanno scalato 8 euro.
