Subscription is not taken into account
Tried the 3 free photos and it seemed to do the job very nicely with removing background from some selfies. So i upgraded to Snip Pro annual plan with a 3 days trial. Did not unlock the software. Tried the "already paid button", restarting my computer, with no effect. Tried to contact the developper through the "send feedback" menu in the app. Just opens a blank webpage. Tried my luck on the developper's website ream-lab.com/ . Down. Tried to google his name if maybe i could contact him through his social medias accounts, but they all seem pretty abandoned. See, i was motivated. I even would resuscribe if he repaired his software. What a pity, i hope he is still alive and well thaugh.
