Stop with the pop up add.
Get the picture! If I’ve hit x once and closed down the pop up I shouldn’t need to do it over and over every 10-15 seconds. 0 stars if I could.
What is the point of this app?
I intend to cancel this as it literally does nothing. No point to it all. I will stick with poorly designed remote that came with the TV. And LG please redesign the remote or make a version for people with big hands. It is so difficult to use and I am always hitting the wrong buttons.
Keeps prompting for purchases
The app works well and controls the tv, although often requires restarting. However it constantly prompts for subscriptions. Very disappointing.
Does not work
Remote temporarily worked and then stopped. Even when it was working the volume was not sensitive and would jump up and down many clicks at a time. I can’t find how to cancel membership either

Frustrating ads
Fine in a bind, but the ads are constantly pop up for the “plus” subscription. And of course, the “purchase” button is typically where you tapping…
Not Paying for a remote
Really disappointed that this is pay remote app. All I want is a remote not a whole heap of buy buy buy

I thought this might be a freemium product, supported by annoying advertising. I was wrong. Nothing works unless you pay for it. Pass.
