Rent a Car Dubai BAM rental

I have never seen such unprofessional service . Please never Deal with this company!!!! Never responding , charming your card without letting you know , no customer support . Never returning your deposit !!! Very bad quality of cars ! Very poor

Terrible service. If I could give minus stars I would. Had to pester to receive my deposit back. Funds were withheld from the deposit with no supporting invoice supplied. Will avoid all associated companies at all costs.

The worst cars ever I rented a 2020 car was like very ugly ride as it was very clear that it went through many accidents. The car was delivered to my door step after agreement at AED35 THEN I was charged 100 for puckup. The smell of the car was unbearable and like it had a million armpit inside it. I had to put a full bottle of air freshner and still was not in a drivable condition. As for the refund. They sent me a list of things that they said they are written on the back of the agreement in font 1.5 Never received anything Horrible experience!!

Sooooo bad experience & not recommended to anyone at all they swallow my deposit and no one is replying to any of my requests or inquiries.

Unfortunately I can only confirm earlier scamming reviews. Wish I read those before dealing with the rental company. Indeed, they will try scamming either your entire deposit or at least part of it Boch could end up costing you more than the total rental rate charges. BEWARE!!

Worst car rental experience while refunding our deposit. Charging unnecessarily after the delivery of car without notification. Not a proper reply from the accounts department for the refund of the money. I’ll not recommend this car rental to anyone. Rating actually zero but there is no option of zero here.

Dear All, Please never put your head in this company. You will loose your deposit money. They have lot of hidden clauses in the contract and will ensure that the deposit money is eaten up!

Hi , Recently I have taken a car last month for rent from this company Bab al madeena.Firstly what I noticed they use fake photos as profile as DP to attract customers.Secondly they have four or five different companies working together to spam people if one company gets cancelled they are still safe with other companies. There is a lot of clauses made to deduct your money from deposit .they are not looking for normal rent of the car 1) return after office hours -200 dhs deduction even though there office hours are 8 to 1 and 4 to 10 . 2) return the car without washing -200 dhs deduction even if you get the car unwashed and we clean it to run the car 3) 21 working days to return the cash deposit after deductions even though we know a fine doesn’t take more than a week to reflect in rta 4) no responsible people we can meet while collecting or returning the car ,a Pakistani who calls him manager to show but when I returned the car he told I am responsible to return your deposit please chat to the account on WhatsApp. In total they want to cheat 400 dhs for every transaction for people in uae ie; if 50 customers rent the car from them 20000 dhs every month they cheat and for a foreigner we cannot tell his fate. “Suggestion never go for this company to rent a car , we can use a taxi instead”

Their rates are the lowest as they make money from the deposit. Bab Al Madeena will surely not refund the deposit money. It is their business model.

Pls stay away from the fraudsters.If you rented a car from them and you just forget about your security deposit.
