I liked the app but today for some unknown reason it won’t come up. I can’t login and I need to make a payment.

The payments are not accurate reflecting if there was a rent fee change.

The app is quick and easy to use. Navigating through the app to make payments and scheduling maintenance is very quickly and easy to get everything done. It’s an amazing asset to the renters.

App moving to slow... But good!

Outrageous that a fee of $30.65 is charged for me using my credit card whereas I checked this out beforehand and gave me the transaction fees as follows: cc=$2.97 Debit /$3.95 Bank/$1.95

I’d like to see a breakdown of all charges. Feel much more comfortable if I could see how payment is allocated. Rent, garage, trash etc

My GOD this is the worst app I’ve ever engaged with. Absolutely proves that there is no motivation to make the app user friendly - since we are forced to use it in order to pay our rent. Every couple clicks there’s an error message. Slow, clunky, terrible UX. Makes me want to go back to writing paper checks.

Very easy to use

When the app works and it’s not failing to load or having connection issues it works great. Had an issue once where the app failed to load on the day my rent was due so I got hit with late fees. So overall only 3 stars.
