Difficult to use without map working

People use there phones for everything nowadays. Your app is appalling. It’s freezes and is slow to respond. Do you even read these comments! Get it together

Is this for real? Probably the worst app I have ever used, how do these guys have the market share they do?
Glitchy and dysfunctional
The app always crashes, doesn’t load what you click on , stop zooming or just doesn’t work altogether. You’ve been around for years , at what point will you fix all the bugs you have had for years?!

I’m not sure why a platform like yours wouldn’t have a decent app. It’s not responsive. It barely works and crashes constantly. Please make a new app!
