Since they added these locks to the apartments I live in I’ve been locked out of my house for hours waiting on services. Rently does not have a direct line either. If you have a baby, something in the oven, or dogs in the house you’ll have mad anxiety taking out the trash or anything. I hate it.

If I could give this service a negative rating, I would. The live agents keep repeating the same scripted responses, and ever since they installed the hub in my building, it hasn’t stayed connected for more than 20 minutes. Every time I contact support, they just give the same unhelpful advice and never actually help with a replacement. It’s insulting—they act as if I don’t know how to locate a device in my own home.

Would be nicer if the AC controls had a simple plus and minus button rather than the slider. Most of the time, I’m just adjusting 1 or 2 degrees and the slider makes more sense for larger value changes. Often times I have to be extremely precise when I’m going from 71 to 70. Then, if I land on the wrong number, I have to wait several seconds before I can move it again. Gets quite frustrating

I am trying to register and it says that it will send a verification to my email before it lets me sign in. I can’t even use the app because it’s messed up and doesn’t send any verification. I’ve even deleted the app and redownloaded.

It could be better.

This is a great convenience - I can unlock my door through the mobile app before I unload my groceries from the car - then just walk in with all the bags. I only wish the developers would add Apple Watch app functionality: developers, if you’re reading this, that’s your killer app function.

I love the safety and comfort of this smart security system it’s alert me the in and out of my home if we don’t see em cameras I like it

This apps allows me to be extra lazy. From controlling the AC unit and door locks when necessary. That did I lock the door moment when I can easily verify on the app and make sure it doesn’t get to warm for my fur baby while I am at work or away. Definitely a major convenience, something I never thought I needed has become a major part of my daily routine 5stars!

I am older and this is much easier than trying to read the thermostat
