It’s a good company loved the service

DON’T USE IT
Terrible, terrible service. The customer representatives are rude and unhelpful. My delivery is scheduled for 3 days later than what I was told on the website and everyone refused to help me. After ordering, these guys act like it’s none of their business if anything goes wrong. The coupons on their website don’t apply to the order even after several attempts. They just simply don’t seem to care about customers at all. I will never be using RentoMojo again and would ask no one else to use it either. There are many other great services out there that don’t treat their customers like trash. Deeply disappointed since I had to face embarrassment for not having the room ready for clients on time. If they had in any way updated me with this information beforehand instead of the day of, I would not be leaving this review.

Worst Customer Service. Discounts not honored!
Used this app to rent a smart tv, with a 3 month free coupon within the app, which never got assigned to the order (realized this after the first month bill). The smart features never worked. They asked me to buy a firestick and refund around 600rs, which is way less. But never solved the 3 months free issue and kept ignoring it. Eventually, they say its your mistake for not following up with us consistently. Wish i could give minus stars here! Try some other company.
Worst
One of the worst renting firm. After paying the deposit these guys ask you to guys wait for more than7 to 10 days latter still ask you to upload additional documents. Disgusting stay away from them. Don’t wast your time and money

Paradox of worries
Worst app I have ever used. The verification model is useless. The chat bot isn’t helpful. We can’t get a call support and the refund policy is vague. I tried to purchase a rent for 3 time’s and every time they take the money yet can’t verify. Useless only making a fool of people i wish I could’ve used different words for this.
