Reorder It! is an iPhone App which helps you reorder the addresses.
It's useful when contact has multiple e-mail address.
I don't know why standard "Contacts.app" or other AddressBook Apps on App Store don't have this feature.
So I made it.

Reorder It! FAQ
Is Reorder It! free?
Yes, Reorder It! is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Reorder It! legit?
🤔 The Reorder It! app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Developer responded to my comment about text being difficult to read in dark mode. Developer fixed the problem. App works great and developer is responsive. 5 stars to both. By the way, I didn’t realize dark mode was controlled by the global setting. My bad.
Does what it says
I find it bizarre that Apple still does not have this ability.
This also works on Apple Silicon Macs - seems you have to re-order thiings seperately from iPhone.
Also, if you are confused why some entries do not appear at all - it's because there is nothing to reorder - i.e. any particular field only has one entry.
One use case where this app is useful is CarPlay. If you share your ETA and speak the name of the contact, it appears to choose the first number it finds in the contact - which might be a landline.
Doesn’t work on iOS 17
Reordering phone numbers in this app doesn’t reorder them in the iPhone Contacts. Also, the dark grey text on the black background is nearly unreadable. Please refund my $0.99.
UPDATE: The developer addressed both issues. Now it’s a useful app.
Incredibly helpful, especially if you have a large contacts
I have some pretty large contacts with multiple phone numbers, emails addresses etc. When I update them, I can use "re-order it" to put the more important phone numbers/emails/etc in the contact at the top, or wherever I want to put them. Why Apple does not include this capability in their own "contacts" app is surprising to me.
I have been using this app for years over multiple versions of iOS, different iPads and iPhones, without any problems whatsoever. It has not been updated in a couple years, but it works great on iOS 16.6. Thank goodness for this developer who created an easy to use app for this purpose. It is an incredible timesaver when updating a contact with a lot of fields.
For those who don't understand how it works, find the contact you want to reorder (the app includes a helpful search bar), select the field that you want to re-order (email, phone etc), then using the 3 line "hamburger" bars on the right hand side, "press and hold" to change the order of that field. By default, the "delete" option is turned off. You can turn on (bottom right hand corner) if you desire to delete fields in a contact.
Note: The app will not show a contact that does NOT have multiple field entries. This makes sense as it reduces screen clutter, though I could see it might be confusing to some.
A Gem of a utility
Blows my mind that Apple still hasn’t provided this ability in Contacts. so many of my contacts have multiple phone numbers, email addresses, etc and being able to prioritize them saves so much time and brain damage. Makes sharing easier also. It’s not a fancy app, but it does the job.
Dark mode only
I see no way to get this app out of dark mode. Data is nearly impossible to see because data is black and background is dark gray. Other than that, this app does what I wanted, able to rearrange phone numbers with ease. Developer, pleas give option to not use dark mode.
An app that does what it says
I am so glad that I found this app. I was surprised that Apple did not figure out that people would be putting information into contacts out of order. I tend to be rather helter-skelter about my information and data so this is really a lifesaver. Thank you very much.
Heroic
I wouldn’t call it the fanciest app ever but truly “how did they not enable this in contacts directly” levels of usefulness.
FINALLY
As a contact information… archivist, it has bothered me that I’ve been unable to sort/prioritize individual data points within a contact as their information changes.
Thank you SO much.
It took me less than five minutes to solve a problem that has bothered for more than a decade.
Great for iOS. No Go for Mac mini.
Should be able to push from icloud.com to Mac OS contacts. It doesn’t. Wish you would update the app to do that. Otherwise it’s pretty cool. Not willing to update to M1 just to use this 99 cent app. Please fix it if you can.
