Needs work
It has potential, but it’s not ready for prime time. For one thing, the app doesn’t stop the phone from shutting off. The UI is super basic.

Have a start and stop button….it’s difficult starting the timer. Back and forth on the page and double tap works sometimes to get the timer working. Would be awesome to have the ability for each exercise saved as list. There are some exercises (Physical Therapy) I preform which are: 3 sets of 10 reps with 10 second hold/rest for each rep. and 5 second hold (I manually count) between each set of 10. 2 sets of 5 reps with 5 second hold/hold for each rep. and 5 second hold (I manually count) between each set of 5. Etc. FYI….I double the amount of my scheduled reps and set the wait time as 1 so the alarm sounds for hold and rest time equally.
Just the app I was looking for. It’s serves well in my workouts.
I needed an app to time my workouts (skip rope circuit training etc) This app let's you put your desired work out time in and rest period. It counts backwards which makes skipping rope easier for me. It also counts reps. If someone disturbs your workout you simply tap the app and the timer pauses. Hit timer again it goes back to your last rep. The absolute best app for interval training!
