The worst company app ever

How do they expect us to get paid when this app never works?? Can someone figure out a different way for the employees to clock in and out as opposed to this useless app.
I’m not wasting time giving this app a review. It’s a corporate cash grab of an app with no support, no optimization, broken, unstable, coded poorly, and everyone knows it.
You guys can’t be reading these complaints and not fixing this app. The last update was NINE MONTHS ago. We as employees of this company have too many problems clocking in. Then the tech support always say clear the cache and that does nothing. I keep getting points cause it takes 10-20 mins to clock in. I’m tired of having to delete and redownload this app. If I get fired for pointing out I will SUE MarketSource for employer negligence. Fix the app or create a new method for us clocking in.
Not a great experience overall it needs a redesign ground up
We use this app for work but it’s been terrible for the past ) months. REPfirst1 was so much better!
I have not been able to use the app in over a year! If I could give this rating a ZERO I would. This app has not worked in months. I can't get it to load. I have to use the website to clock in and out or do anything really. I'm on the newest device with all updated software. This app is absolutely USELESS!
It’s difficult to utilize this app and it features because it never reloads successfully after using it the first time. Anytime I have to click in and out I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app because the loading screen will buffer forever. It also messed up my hours and I did not get paid properly. This app needs to be improved.
App is terrible and I had issues almost everyday while being employed. Didn’t let me clock in half the time and I had to delete the app and reinstall for any hopes of a temporary fix… absolutely awful. The original Repfirst app was better…
