Replit: Idea to software, fast

Great technology but poor customer service. Would be nice to have customer service team available 24 hours and respond to customers inquiries. Yesterday and today I have sent at least 5 email to support , nearly 10 chat messages and still struggling to get answers. I just subscribed for CORE yesterday, and same yesterday not up to an hour while working on a single project idea, the system suddenly stopped and shows “Waiting for plan”, “plan is not yet ready”. I need to understand what’s really going on and if the exception is just for me alone as no one seem to complain about it here. I really don’t like writing reviews, but I really love your brand and want you to improve in customer service. You have multiple channels for support but response time is a nightmare.

Has everything u realistically need to program on the go

some features that are on the desktop version cannot be accessed , but otherwise it works very well and does all that’s expected.

Projects simple do not load. Buffering symbol is cool though.

I’m not a full time developer but this really helped in school, especially when I couldn’t access desktops.

Teams for education is extremely frustrating

i like replit on desktop but this was pushed way too early. it’s slow and buggy - especially speaking about the console, which never outputs anything properly - some letters are completely missed out resulting in random jargon with spaces inbetween; furthermore scrolling the console will usually completely mess it up

The app looks great and is very useful, but I cannot find a way to access repls that are in a team which is very frustrating with an Education license as all our repls are in teams and cannot be found in the app. With that possibility, the app would easily get 5 * from me! *UPDATE: Thanks for your response, Replit! The new addition of access to Teams is very helpful and now the app is very useful to me. I look forward to tablet support…
