You can't file a report without a photo. You can't file a report *with a photo* unless you attach EXIF data filled with PII. Let me just file the report manually. The app used to support this. At a time when people are driving more dangerously than ever, this app is failing its core mission.
Every version full of bugs that make it impossible to use.
It’s July 31st, 2023 & for the past month and a half, the app constantly errors with some ‘503’ error when attempting to complete a reporting. In an attempt to troubleshoot it. I deleted the app, shut down my iPhone, restarted, & re-downloaded the app. No happiness. Now it doesn’t even allow me to log in. And yes, I’m sure I entered the correct email and password. Don’t waste your time. Unfortunately, I did.

It’s not robust - using cloud services to detect license plates and (maybe) locations is fine - but when the APIs fail, this app has no fallbacks. Hangs and error messages… :(
