Free trial is fraud!

I installed and chose the free trial period but instead i was completely charged with the fee. Tried to reach out for the refund and cancel my subscription but there is NO contact info. Dont even bother downloading it

Not working as expected

I have paid for an application fist time in my life as the free one didn’t work properly. I am reposting daily and it worked only half of the times. It is very disappointing and frustrating!!! Why should I pay for something that I am not receiving ?

Why I can’t use it ?

I am very disappointed, I have being using the application , I have paid for not having any marks and know us not responding . Why????
