Reposts & scheduling don’t work

Paid for the yearly plan to use the repost function. Like with most other apps it says: Says go to IG, click copy link and come back to see the post here. App asks if I allow for the link to be pasted -YES - then nothing. Same for the scheduling function. Unfortunately feels like a waste of time and money
