Life is, for the most part, all about rules. Depreciation rules. 1031 exchange rules. Even REPS hour rules. It can be rather daunting to keep contemporaneous and accurate logs throughout the year to meet your 750 hour requirement (long term rental). Thus, we are extremely happy with this REPStracker application. It allows for seamless, real-time logging of material participation hours. It also allows immediate upload of photographic evidence (contractor photos, emails, etc). Which is great to stay organized if you have a busy day job. The customer service is also top notch. Every time we reached out for help , we got a timely reply and more importantly, a timely resolution. Highly recommend this app over the old school way of keeping excel sheets (or worse, a shoebox of random sheets of paper here and there).

We have been using this app for a year now and it’s great productivity tool. Every possible scenario is captured in the drop downs and it makes our life much easier.

Heard about this app from a friend - it’s super easy to use and helps keep track of all the activities that count towards your hours! Love how it breaks down the different types of activities you can count as materialized. Saves me a ton of time!

I honestly thought my hours were a slam dunk for REPS status—I mean it always “feels” like I’m doing something “real-estatey”—until I actually started tracking it on REpS Tracker. I’m either super efficient or answering emails and making phone calls does NOT take as much time as we all imagine it does. This is super important-especially since I also drive for instant and my “50% or more qualification” would’ve cancelled out my REPS status had it not been for the app (and allowed me to cut back on those hours). It allows me to upload time hack pictures, screen shots of receipts, etc. love this APP-I nerd out on all the tax and real estate podcasts and share it with anyone questioning reps status. Save yourself a rude awakening when you get audited !

As an STR owner, this app is gold! App-maker is responsive and great at implementing suggestions as well!

I love this app! It makes logging REPs hours easy. Attaching documents is also easy. Much better than trying to remember to update spreadsheets.

I’ve been using REPSTRACKER for a couple years now to track my time spent on both our long-term and short-term rentals. The app is easy to navigate and they’ve put in features over time to make it even more user-friendly (like timer feature). I always recommend this app to people needing a way to track hours.
