This app is not functional. Needed to access new internet banking site or have to use SMS which doesn’t work well in TT. Now I have no way to access account to pay workers sigh

On 3 occasion this month alone, I’ve sent money to person and they have not received the money. The money has not bounced and been returned to my account, yet the money is gone out of my account and the persons I sent it to have not received it, so where did my money go? Absolute nonsense!

Thanks RBL for making this app possible. Please thrive to make it as secure as possible. Very convenient.

The app takes forever to send you the code to long in tempting you to request a new one and when you do it arrives 10 minutes after the first one causing you to be locked out of your account and to top it off when you go to their website to try and unlock your account via email they don’t send the email either. The app is truly useless and I will be changing banks immediately

Worst App Ever !!!!!

This app needs to be elevated it to much stress to navigate it don’t keep your information you always have to sync that don’t work . Do I always have to walk with a computer to sync Scotiabank app is easier straight forward to use I have been trying to see my account since the day I open this account and is only pain.

Are you all even reading these reviews? You need to go back to the previous version that was available on the website (not an app). This is not user friendly and extremely inconvenient.

Absolutely terrible app. Wish I can give less than one star. You’re lucky if it even opens half the time.

The App constantly crashes. If I’m lucky to load the app it lags even if I have access to high speed internet or data.

Crashes immediately on iPad Pro 16.3.1
