I’ve been use for a year. The app is not capable to hold the language in English. Open in French every time. Is not capable to store my email so every day you’ve got to type. Absolutely poor app. Needs improvements in user experience.

As the first reviewer said we ditched a workable finger print entry system, for a solution that takes us back 10 years, well done Resamania, you have achieved nothing. Every morning I have to enter my email address and my password which is stored within a password manager to gain access to the QR code to enter the gym. This is such a poorly coded app. The advice from the gym was to make my password super short 4 characters as that will save time. This app stores a lot of personal data good luck in defending yourselves if you all get compromised…..total rubbish!

QR code doesn’t display, have to manually ask to enter the gym. Ridiculous needs updating.

I echo the other users of this app. The last thing I want to do before going into my gym early morning is to have to re enter my e mail and passwords to re log into the app. It’s not as if I go to the gym infrequently, you have to log back in every day. Really poor.

This app always logs me out, so that every time I visit the gym I must type in my email address, select the gym, and enter my password, which is a complete ball ache EVERY time.

Can’t understand why, after nearly 7 months of having to use this app to go to the gym, there hasn’t been an update to allow it to remember me. It’s the worst app I’ve used. Shameful…

Have to keep re-logging in with email and password every time I go to the gym, needs to just save my login details.

Honestly this app needs a remember me function and it will be spot on. Logging in twice a day is just a pain in the back side. 1 star
