Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified as well. No support email.. website has errors

I am not able to get in touch with support at all. I went to the website to submit a ticket and another error showed up. This app could be the best thing since sliced bread but without being able to get in touch with anyone makes it very difficult to ask for assistance.
