The Rescue + Mobile application allows support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you are having on your device. To use this application you must be receiving support from a technician who is using LogMeIn Rescue and will provide you a pin code to start the session.
Technicians have the ability to chat, view system diagnostic information, push various profiles and settings including email, APN, and WiFi.
How to use:
1) Install the application
2) Launch the application from your home screen
3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device

SCAM
I got email said i have to pay through paypal. And I call +1 (858) 375-5490 which is I see from google. And they guide me to install this apps. They asked me to open my cash app and they asked me to put my card number while recording so they can see my card number. But thanks God I realize before i put my card number. And I hang up the call. PLEASE DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
Dangerous app
Someone sent me a text message telling me that my Apple ID was being billed for charges and then I should install this app so that they can reverse the charges on my account very suspicious. I wouldn’t go through with it and I hung up the phone with them. I would never let somebody talk me into an app like this where they can steal my information directly off my screen while I gave them permission.
Scam
Do NOT download this app. It is a scam to access all data on your phone and if connected to iCloud or other devices will hack them as well. If you receive a text message about potentially fraudulent charges to your apple iTunes account that asks you to call a toll free number and then when you do they say you must download this app, hang-up immediately and report it.
SCAMMERS
I called “PayPal support” and they were telling me to download this app. I’m so glad I saw these reviews because I found the actual number of PayPal support and they told me that they do not ask you to download any app. Please when calling any support make sure it’s the actual correct number, not the first number you find that the search engine spits out. Always be suspicious and trust your gut. I’m glad I didn’t go forward because I would’ve got scammed off the little I did have
