Is there a way to contact customer support. I renewed my membership for another year on December 26. It has been charged to my CC. But my pass states that it is expired. Please assist me

I had an issue with my app pass. I wrote to the developers with a question and for a fix. Not only did they respond immediately, everything was taken care of. They went way above and beyond to help me. They also checked back with me to ensure things were still working perfectly. This app is great and works

I’m glad this app is active again but it still needs a lot of work to be functional. It’s not easy to search and as far as I can tell impossible to update to show I’ve visited a winery. Hopefully updates are in progress

So Cool!

We have always been fans of Virginia Wine Pass and this moves the whole program to a whole new level. Currently vacationing in Idaho. I didn’t even know the potato state also made wine. The Reserve app knew where We were and led us to a bunch of tasting rooms just within a few miles of our location. So Cool!
