I’ve been using Resident Center for years and it’s great. However, I recently moved and both my previous landlord and current landlord use Resident Center and this is causing issues that I can’t seem to resolve.
I got my new landlords email to set up my account but the app appears to be confused because I already have an account. I was able to get the account set up online for my new residence, but whenever I try to use the app, it’s still stuck on my old residence. I tried using their “contact customer support” form to send them a message but the captcha is broken and just says to contact the site owner to fix the issue. Well, I can’t, because this form is how I contact the site owner! So now I’m stuck. I can’t use the app because it won’t populate my new info and I can’t contact Buildium because the only way to do so is broken.

Second time I entered a request about mice in my unit.
First request was five (5) days ago with no feed back.
Second request was sent today. No acknowledgment that either was ever received.
Payment Method
It would be nice if you can add more than one payment method, rather than having to switch out accounts every month. some people may have their rent on more than one card or more than one bank account
