We purchased the massages through the app. Dinner ran over and we were late for our massage. Because we did not give 24 hours notice, per ResortPass policy, we lost the cost of the massage plus the tips that were paid up front. Had we scheduled the massage directly with the hotel, we could have been reimbursed.

Received an email that I would be getting a refund they owed me that was around $500 and then they stopped responding and never refunded me. Do not recommend.

Be aware they sell passes that are not true to there pictures and they don’t want to give me a refund plus they just ignoring me now after sending them 10 emails. Don’t recommend them. Dayuse app is cheaper plus u get a say room at the hotel too I’m loving it way more here! Resort pass is to commercial that’s why they ripp u off!

This app is probably great in a smaller town but in LA it’s a total rip off. The prices are atrocious but even with discounts and free credits, the experience isn’t worth it. Luckily I’m an early bird and always been able to get seating but I couldn’t imagine paying $100 and having to sit on the side of a tiny pool with partiers and, even worse, unruly children without parental supervision taking over the minuscule space and splashing around hitting people with balls. This company needs to tighten up their partnerships with hotels and ensure spots are reserved for their customers. They should also mark if there’s parties and kids because these prices are misleading. You think you’re getting luxe but then end up babysitting (literally).

I get a text with a coupon tempted me to book, I planed everything , but when I came to use at Check out it never worked. Very misleading.

I recently purchased multiple passes for a group trip we had planned. I was told I could get a refund up to the night before if needed. I tried to get a refund for one of the passes a couple days before our reservation since one person in our group was unable to go. I was told I couldn’t get a refund for a singular pass but could cancel the entire booking and re rsvp. If i canceled the entire reservation and tried to re-book we wouldn't have gone swimming since there wasn’t any availability. So although the app was easy to book with and the pool made it easy to check in, i will only be giving 2 stars as I was unable to get a refund as easily as they made it seem and i lost out on money.

My wife and her friends a booked at a nice pool in New York City, unfortunately the resort overbooked and turned away my wife and her friends, we asked countless times for a refund and ResortPass has not refunded us. You have been warned!

I can’t check out on the app. Just spins and spins and spins. I tried deleting and redownloading. No luck.
